Socorro Fighting Belt is designed for use with 50 lb. to 80 lb. tackle and can be positioned a bit higher across the thighs for maximum leverage. For standup fishing, this is the ideal rod belt for battling big gamefish like tuna, marlin, wahoo, and large yellowtail. Accommodating “Quick Clip” straps, Socorro matches up well with the Maxforce harness.

The Alijos™ fighting belt is designed for use with 20-lb. to 50-lb.lines and is the perfect "day belt" for stand-up fishing against sailfish, dolphin, kingfish, small tuna, yellowtail and other smaller to medium-sized gamefish.  Stamped from pure marine grade gold anodized aluminum with a super-comfortable over-molded, closed cell polyurethane pad, the Alijos™ fishing belt accommodates the same "Quick Clip" nylon straps as the larger AFTCO fighting belts.  The stainless steel gimbal cross pin is removable, but unique is the thermal-formed nylon liner inside the aluminum gimbal pocket that helps resist scarring.  The Alijos™ fishing rod holder belt is lightweight and easy to wear, yet offers the same heavy-duty features of the larger AFTCO fishing rod holder belts

With its advanced design, materials and comfort, the AFTCO Clarion™ is the ultimate fish fighting belt for big game fishing. The super-thick, closed-cell EVA foam back pad is engineered to maximize both comfort and leverage, so that when the belt is positioned relatively low across the thighs while fighting a fish, the belt distributes the load evenly for maximum pull when fighting big fish stand-up style. Co-molded to the foam back pad is a heavy-duty, yet lightweight gold-anodized, stamped aluminum front plate. Super durable, it features posts at each side that accept unique Quick Clips, which snap the belt straps (or optional drop straps) in place for quickly getting into or out of the belt. Also featured is a super strong, molded glass-filled nylon gimbal pocket that is engineered to quickly guide rod butts into an optimum fish-fighting position. The gimbal pocket's stainless-steel pin is adjustable for horizontal or vertical orientation. Details

The Vallarta fighting belt supports a 20% larger pad and plate than the Clarion Fighting Belt. This is the ideal belt for fighting king-size game fish like monster blue marlin, black marlin, and giant tunas.  With extra contouring of the super-thick closed EVA foam back pad that maximizes both comfort and leverage when the belt is positioned relatively low across the thighs.  The load is distributed evenly for maximum pull and although heavy duty, it is still lightweight with an anodized gold stamped aluminum front plate.  Glass filled nylon gimbal pocket that is engineered to quickly guide rod butts into an optimum fish-fighting position. The gimbal pocket's stainless steel pin is adjustable for horizontal or vertical orientation.
